Lucy Natkiel is a professional potter in New Hampshire who designs baking molds for Brown Bag Cookie Art.

"I've been creating Scottish shortbread pans since 1983," Ms. Natkiel said. "Many of the designs were inspired by those on antique butter molds. Each pan is made of high-fired, lead-free stoneware, which does not absorb fats or discolor over time."

Ms. Natkiel has designed 16 shortbread pans, featuring wildflowers, hearts, butterflies and birds, as well as holiday motifs.
